Men's Resource Center Mentoring Program

The Men’s Resource Center Peer Mentoring Program provides academic and peer support to KCC students, to help empower them and improve their college experience. Our mentors are a diverse group that work one on one with mentees to manage the academic challenges, financial aid issues and social aspects of the college experience. Our mentors are fellow students who have already achieved success at KCC. They will listen to concerns, share their experiences, and help create your own path.

Mentors are students who guide and advise student mentees in their academic paths to help them succeed. A mentor's role is to inspire, encourage, and support their mentees.

Mentee

Mentees are students who want guidance and advice to further their careers and to be successful. Mentees can expect to strengthen and build their networks, and gain the skills and confidence necessary to excel.
